Despite initial problems on day 1 with the on line check out (not linking through to payment page and frame freezing) on day 2 second attempt all processed smoothly. The on line chat option whilst unable to resolve provided quick responses and were helpful. Product (tree) arrived speedily and in good condition. I felt that the delivery charge of under €5 was excellent value. Would definitely consider using again the future. Thank you!
