I have no quibble with Johnstown Garden Centre - the Fastway Courier, I think, was at fault. Unfortunately, the delivery should have been made on a Friday, but did not make it to me until the Monday. Now, I may have been at fault as I had an email from them to say that they had tried to ring me, but could not reach me. The number may have been my old one, so I sent an email back with my new one. I collected the parcel from my local pub on the Monday. When I got home and opened it, most of the soil had fallen out of the pot, and only one of the bamboos that had been taped had stayed in place. I felt that the man in the van had given the parcel a very rough ride. I soaked the roots and re-potted the tree and it looks okay. Just thought I would let you know - maybe a change of courier would be a good idea??
