Process of ordering & paying online was very user friendly & efficient. Received part of my order within 48hrs but have stil not received the bulk gravel I ordered. Expected it within 3 to 4 working days but still nothing. Have called & was told it was a supplier issue & I should receive the product within the next 2 days.
Disappointed with the delay but it appears to be a supplier issue & not Johnstown GC. It would have been nice to have been informed of the issue however as it appears the garden centre was aware of it!!
