We visited Johnstown garden centre in early July 16 and we were impressed from the moment we arrived. Everything from the facility itself to the quality and range of the products on show. However as we were traveling with a baby we decided to make note of items we liked and would buy them from the centres online system which is heavily advertised around the store. So we went home and opened the the site only to find that the range available online is minimal compared to what is in the store so most of what we wanted wasn't there. But we did place an order for some shrubs etc. We got an automated reply thanking us for our order and then heard nothing else for over a week. When I chased it up I got 2 different replays from the same person telling me that the order will arrive tomorrow and then a short time later telling me it went out the previous week and I was not there to receive it. I was even sent a copy of the tracking document but this tracker was for an order for someone in England. In short it took 2 weeks to get my order and made to feel like my business didn't matter hence the 3 star rating. So in store business well recommended but online business in 10 years behind the times
