Ordered with Chris Felco secateurs 7 ,charged circa €95 .Following day changed order to Felco 2 .I was told I would be credited with the difference circa €20 .So far have not received this credit,very dissatisfied .
However I received prompt delivery of secateurs .
Would you please look into this problem.
