Postives - Good customer service via email after order - Plants/items received (apart from one) were of good quality and well packaged to stop damage Negatives - website crashed after order placed. On logging back into the site 'my orders' was blank but did receive a confirmation email. Then the next day an email saying my basket was full and do I still want my order. Emailed customer service who confirmed it went through ok. - mother in laws tongue plant was not the best quality. A lot of the leaves damaged (did not look to be as a result of delivery as old marks) - delivery was not made within the 14 days advised. Overall happy but improvements to the overall customer experience could be made. Would order again in the future with a hope next time it was sorted.
