I have ordered online a few times and the plants always arrive promptly and well wrapped. I was sent an incorrect product, but I phoned and the problem was rectified and I received the correct product the very next day.
Mistakes do happen, and in my case was resolved quickly and professionally. Plants I have purchased from the garden centre are always of excellent quality and I love the variety.
