I recently purchased several plants from Johnstown Garden Centre. All had clearly just been repotted into bigger pots with some having been pot bound in a smaller pot. A David Austin rose appears to be a bare root rose just put into a pot. They all seem to be in good condition, it's very late in the year to buy plants which explains any being pot bound. Although if I had known the rose was bare root I would have planted it faster than I did. Delivery was good although a way up sticker on the box would have been helpful.
