The website logo and colours could be more of a fresh tone. The service does what it says on the tin, great delivery good choices etc. All the links are good but the overall site is too ' all over the place'. As a user and website designer, aesthetic, usability, interactivity, sound design, are key. Also, inclusivity for hard of sight, hidden disabilities, are important aspects to include. If the site was as good as the service, it would be brilliant!
