I've been on the program for about ten weeks now. I am very happy with the process, my medications came within days of being ordered. The medical & support teams have been responsive & very helpful. The eating program is reasonable, although some things can be a little confusing at times. My coach Robin is a great source of support & encouragement. She always tries to get answers for my questions & has helped me be kinder to myself among other things. I only wish I had 15 more minutes with her during our sessions. The app is a bit wonky & could use some tweaks to make it more comprehensive, but it's not a deal breaker. The Facebook support group is a great place to connect with other users & is usually positive & upbeat. I am really thankful I made this investment in myself & can't wait to see how the rest of my year works out!
