Very happy with the program overall. I have never experienced weight loss with such ease. There's still a lot of work involved, but I don't feel deprived. And I certainly don't feel the frustration, misery, and disappointment that I've felt on literally every other plan I have tried. My only minor complaints are with the app and some changes that were made to the program right after I joined. The chat function for coaches was taken away - which was a large selling point for me. I also don't like that I can no longer go backward in the app to log food. I try to minimize the time I spend on my phone and I write down what I've eaten and log it at a later time. As a result, I am not able to accurately track red foods. Please give us the ability to go back a few days!
