Calibrate has been life changing to me. I’ve tried everything to lose weight for most of my life and this is the first program that has been able to change the way my body and mind feel about food. The ability to use the GLP-1 medications is something my own doctor couldn’t offer me because insurance blocked me from obtaining them, but Calibrate was able to make it happen.
