The calibrate program is based on science, support and psychology. I started 15 months ago, and have slowly lost 50+ pounds. I’m currently in the masters class, and would like to lose a few more. I believe with their help, I will succeed. My only complaint is the app. It is very inadequate for such a high tech program. I understand that the program is growing rapidly, and there has been support hiccups, but overall, this is the only weight loss program that has worked for me. As a bonus, my husband has lost weight and developed healthy habits just from observing me😊 So, it was a great value for our family!
