I highly recommend Calibrate. I have lost 68 pounds and still counting at my 10 months mark. The medications help but it's the coaches and food education that made my success possible. I've changed my thought process from "living to eat" to simply "eat to live". Together, all our hard work has paid off and I couldn't be happier.
