Calibrate has been a game-changer for me. I have lost over 20% of my body weight and my previously abnormal labs and blood pressure have all now normalized. The coaching sessions are brief but helpful in maintaining perspective and the lessons have helpful tools, tricks, and tips. The medication ordering and shipping, and insurance approval process has some hiccups so patience is required to work through these issues
