Absolutely scandalous. Personalised stocking ordered and paid for on December 4th and not received until after Christmas. No way to contact the company as they have turned off their phones due to an influx of calls and the online chat advised to send an email. Multiple emails sent but obviously no reply. Stocking finally arrived having missed my baby’s first Christmas. This product is clearly no longer necessary and the company will not refund as it is personalised despite taking over 3 weeks to deliver it. So angry and upset that they treat their customers this way. Unacceptable.
