Runners are split
Complain - Eventually new runners are sent out to wrong address. Can't reply to email as "case closed"
Complain II - Change address. Will be delivered on Friday
Complain III - Still not here a week after stated delivery date. Don't know where it is someone will email / text / call me back....
Complain IV - Now told they don't have any in stock so those that were "sent to me" was just a lie
Complain V - Hung-up on whilst being transferred
Complain IV - Demanding return of remains of horse before refund - Seriously at this stage!
Can't speak to a manager as "they are all in an all day meeting" - so either another lie or a breach of Covid regs?
Nice that they are saving money and using the cheap DPD service that requires me to be available to hand over the package anytime between 8am and 5pm on the day in question!
Would never use again. Liars.
