Ordered 3 weeks ago, tried emailing, social media messages - no response/help in understanding where my order is. First time ordering as a mum to be and never again! They've just taken my money and ignored me, the worst service I've ever received.
Finally, got a response from live chat and it turns out they've 'lost my order'. Now issuing a refund which will take 14 days. So they've held onto my money for over a month with no contact. So appalling.
