Absolutely appalling. Ordered item to be told next day delivery, then told expect delay 7-14 days due to sale, no contact.
Finally get through on phone, to be told 7 working days.
If this had been mentioned on ordering, at least know where we stand and probably cancelled order.
Seem to be quite happy to take your money but not provide goods.
