Bad experience. I ordered storage bags in order to move and paid a delivery fee that I hope it will arrive in 3-5 days. I haven't gotten any parcel until 7 days. I checked the parcel status, but it hasn't been packed and showed any response.
The live chat is unavailable all the time, the call center is in a very long queue.
