Visited the store in York today to buy for twin girls. Found a girls top in size 1-2 years and wanted another one exactly the same . Was told by an unhelpful and disinterested member of staff that they only stock one of each size and we could look for a ‘similar’ coordinating item. Pathetic if you have twins or triplets etc.
Wake up to your customer feedback because the assistant today couldn’t have cared less!!!!!
