I attempted to order on Monday 8th June before the discount offer expired. I was delighted to see that they had just what i was looking for, for my grandson. I inputted delivery address, my address, my card number etc. but the site repeatedly kept asking for delivery address etc. After 2 hours I gave up, not really knowing if my order had gone through or not. I then tried to ring them and after being put on hold for ages, there was a message to say there was problems and they couldn't answer my call. I then e.mailed and this bounced back. On 9th June, I emailed my concerns and I have had a reply saying sorry I didn't order anything and I wasn't able to have the discount as the promotion had expired. VERY DISAPPOINTED !! What did happen to the website I wonder !!! I was given no explanation.
I have ordered the clothes now and paid full price, but only because I spent so long looking for the items I really wanted. I would expect better service
