I went to Jones and Co for the first time in August of this year, and for the first time ever, I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process of choosing new specs.!
Unlike previous experiences, no stress whatsoever! Jess and her colleagues were very friendly, helpful, extremely patient, and prepared to voice their informed opinion. I found this really helpful, as choosing eyewear is a major decision. I ended up with two pairs of specs. with which I am delighted, in terms of comfort, quality and style. I would heartily recommend this firm to anyone.
