I was a little sceptical of all the great reviews when originally booking but they really do live up to the hype! All the staff are so friendly and attentive. They really do make you feel so welcome and looked after. The glasses styling was also a really fun experience! I didn't think glasses shopping could actually be this enjoyable. My day was brightened when going for my initial visit and then collecting the glasses. It does sound really weird that visiting the "opticians" did leave a smile on my face! There is a high level of attention to detail in all areas. From the little gifts, to remembering your name to the subtle stylistic choices of the glasses. Definitely coming back when I’m after another pair!
