The choosing session is calibrated by the staff who already know what suits you and what you’ll like. The eye test is the most comprehensive and considerate one you’ll ever have. And from the moment you walk in and are offered a coffee you feel you’re amongst friends. And I’ve never worked out how they manage this one- you actually feel it’s worth the money!
