Its team make time to spend with you, either during eye examinations (which are handled with great empathy and are not at all scary!) or in help with your deciding which frames are recommended, or to tolerate your choice which maybe your advisor has doubts! For example, my current specs are a pair that I went into expecting to have something quite different but the lovely stylist, after about half an hour of trying things on that I had described I wanted, produced something which I remember describing her suggestion as a 'curved ball' - so she must have seen something that suited me that I didn't know.
