From start to finish the experience of getting my vision looked after at Jones & Co is exceptional. I love the fact that there are always new and different frames to choose from, and Jess helped me choose frames which are very different to my usual 'cat -eye' style frame. The eye test was thorough, and I feel like my vision is in safe hands with the team at Jones & Co. The attention to detail at collection of my new glasses, and the reassurance that I can always call back in for any minor adjustments was the icing on the cake. Loved the whole experience.
