- I like the friendliness of the staff.
- I like that you will fix problems with lenses (sometimes at great expense) until the customer gets what is best for their eyes.
- I don't like that the lighting and mirrors are not good enough
- I don't like that I feel pressured to buy frames I don't want. (Yes, I know it's a *styling* opticians). But I could take my business elsewhere if I can't get the frames I want.
- I don't like the paper based news letter.
