I returned six dresses over a month ago and am still waiting for a refund. After contacting them five times I have been told three different things about the status of my refund. The latest phone call with a manager advised me it is on the list to do today but I am not optimistic having received an email previously stating it had already been processed.
If anyone likes Jones and Jones clothing I would strongly advise buying through a reputable Company such as ASOS or Topshop to avoid a similar experience!
