ordered a dress and the zip was broken so i sent it back and requested an exchange. I'm sure they must have sent me the same dress back, either that or the quality of that particular style dress was incredibly poor because the zip on the replacement dress was also broken. I sent the dress back and requested a refund. I send the dress recorded delivery and it has been signed for. It has been over 2 months now and i still have not received a refund. I have continuously tried to contact them but they have not responded to any of my emails.
