I’m satisfied with the product however, dissatisfied with the communication on the shipping. I had ordered the bag on a Saturday and never received an update about shipping until I had emailed them 3 business days after. They then sent the automated email that shipping was delayed due to a company outing. I had suggested sending automated emails to every customer as soon as an order is placed when they are aware that orders will be delayed, rather than waiting until someone reaches out for an update. They were unwilling to make up for the inconvenience of having to wait 2 weeks for a delivery. Great product, poor customer service.
