This is a 3 star review because I ordered some shoe bags through the blind draw and while I expected randomness, I didn’t expect to receive people’s personalized items that didn’t pass some quality check. For example I received a product with someone’s initials and another with someone’s full name. While the disclaimer is legally accurate the spirit of what I customer expects don’t seem to align.”

“Have a Jones bag since 1990, a smaller carry-stand bag. Still in A+ condition. Purchased a new 2026 Utility X bag. Great quality, good number useful pockets, fantastic embroderie.... HOWEVER.....
My bag has 14 clubs; 1W, 3W, 7W, 3-4-5 Hybrids, 6-PW irons, 2 wedges 50-54. All with standard grips. And a new Odyssey Jailbird 38" putter w/oversize grip. The new Utility-X bag is like the golf bags of old; clubs don't stay organized, pull 1 iron but 3 irons start to come out, top well fits 1W, 3W and barely holds new putter. But grips in main well rub against each other. Not even room for alignment sticks, have to attach sticks to outside of bag (see image included). Try to pull 1W, 3W or putter out and sticks come out as well. Utility-X was to be a compromise between carry bag and cart bag, with new design wells to accomodate thicker club grips. Comes up short on both ends; Carry, its heavy. Cart its a bit small. My standard grips rub against each other, mid-size or larger jumbo grips, forgetaboutit.
I'll be going back to my old Exo bag, carries clubs better & more secure from slipping out due to individual sleeves, even can carry 15-16 clubs with no problem. Sometimes carry an extra club(s) during general play for practice etc, but not in competition play.
Can't do the 15 club option in the new Jones Utility-X bag.”
