After initial pushback from a customer service representative over email, I was able to contact them over the phone and explain my issues and they were more than happy to help resolve the issue. “I bought the Jones Trouper 3.0 as a replacement for a sun mountain bag that had 14 individual dividers. I like the style (moon gray with olive handle) and weight of the Trouper. So far I am happy with the purchase and would recommend the bag to others. A couple of possible changes…. 1 - add a full length divider between the two center sections, 2 - reduce the size of the insulated beverage holder and add a small pocket above the insulated pocket.”
