Materials are great, the embroidery is fantastic but the overall item is just too big to hang from the side of your bag when walking. The bag does need a zipper instead of a draw string, this would allow it to lay more flat. I have turned it into a tee bag for now.

I have no set views on the Jones Sports Co as I've bought one product--a lightweight carry bag that seems well made and was delivered on time. My gripe the product is the pockets are rather shallow owing to a large space devoted to supposedly carrying cold beverages. For me, not a good use of space. I walk with a pull cart and carry my beverage there. I would not buy this product again because of the poor use of storage space and would not recommend it unless you are strictly a walker and thus can appreciate the light weight.

Just got my new bag.. This is my 3rd bag… Shoulder strap buckle is terrible. Short flimsy and cheap. I had to use zip ties to secure it

Bought a Sunday bag a year or so ago and loved it. Easy to carry, comfortable with three slots for clubs. Perfect for what it is. Play on dewy morns a lot so ordered one last month with a stand. Well, you couldn’t leave well enough alone. Bag is uncomfortable to carry, strap is hard, when you pick it up your grabbing the leads to the strap most of the time, has twice as many club slots as needed, and the water bottle holder is where the ball pocket should be. Still figuring out where to put balls and tees. Going back to my first one next week.

Beautiful bag, but do not like strap system and the legs sometimes give out when trying to stand.

I purchased the Trouper stand bag through the blind draw. I'd give the product design an 8.5 out of 10, but the quality and materials a 6 out of 10. I don't know if the blind draw Trouper bag is different than the non sale item but the material and quality feels cheap. They highlight on the bags stickers that it's recycled plastic, not sure why that's a selling point but it definitely feels like it's made from recycles plastic bottles. The carry straps feel cheap, the zippers, and the stand itself doesn't feel sturdy and they are skinny don't know how long it will last.

Really like the look of the bag but the functionality of the pockets leaves much to be desired. Strap will hopefully get more comfortable with use.

It looks great and is light. Doesn’t have enough pocket space I think but maybe I need to carry less stuff. The shoulder straps don’t have enough slack. I’m still trying to figure that out. Also I paid for faster shipping and it didn’t show up in time for my trip. I’d like a credit for the advanced shipping cost.

Cool looking bag but functionally deficient. Not sure what return policies are. It’s really the dual strap system. It’s not good at all compared to other like bags in this price range.

I love the look of the bag, the pockets and function. I find the strap system a bit difficult to get comfortable and also find that the clubs get tangled. I also only carry 12 clubs with standard size grips. Single strap is great to use and the bag is lightweight as advertised.

The product is solid but why not still have a water bottles holder on the trouper?!?

Expensive Lightweight carry bag. Limited room and wasted effort to have an umbrella well.

Not all hats fit everyone the same. I didn’t like the way this one sat on my head. Seemed like the bottom edge was too thick and no amount of folding the bill could help. Lesson learned about buying on line and not being able to get it on first. Maybe my sister will appreciate it.

It’s a nice bag but there are some big changes that should be made for an almost $300 bag. The dividers in the bag aren’t great. Makes pulling clubs in and out kind of a pain if you plan on carrying 14 clubs. Can’t even imagine what it would be like with any grips larger than standard. Second, the pocket ergonomics are kind of a mess. Specifically the pocket that runs around the cooler pocket seems like an after thought to say the bag has more pocket space. Third, the double strap system is just not ideal. Sure you can make it work, but there are much better strap systems out there for carry bags. Aside from all of that, the bag is good looking. I love the fact that it doesn’t have big branding on the side like most bags. I love the 2 pockets for personal items. The rain cover is nice. The customizable zipper pulls are nice. The stand mechanism seems a bit flimsy, but I haven’t had any issues with it yet. Maybe I’m just being harsh, but if I’m buying a bag close to $300, I’d expect these things to not be an issue.

There are a LOT of pros to the Jones Trooper 3.0 stand bag purchased several weeks ago. Unfortunately, it's the cons that lead me to writing this review. While I am not a fan of the independent bag staps, I can adjust and work with them. The biggest issue is the balance point of the bag, in general. It is far too "top heavy," creating an imbalance, particularly when grabbing the bag from the twisted handle. On several occassions, the clubs nearly fell out of the bag, altogether, which is a real problem - one that may lead me to ditch this bag after 2 weeks of use. Unforutnate, as I am a fan of the design and aesthetics of these Jones bags.

Awesome customer service, speedy response but overall a little disappointed with the quality. Coming from an outgrown Taylormade bag I bought a new jones bag and within 8 weeks or so the strap started to tear and I reported it and like I said great customer service and was replaced but the replacement not easy to swap out and has no branding on the strap like the original that I loved.

Live my jones sports gift bag, however a little disappointed with the hat. I bought a SnapBack hat 2 years ago and fits perfect. Ordered a new SnapBack hat and it is so big it barely fits. Certainly your hat size has changed, and unfortunately won’t be ordering any more as they are too big.
