“Love the look and style. Great quality bag minus one of the snaps on the club raincover breaking after first use. Wish it had two straps for carrying. Also, large side pockets are hard to access. Maybe adding pull strings for the zippers would help. Overall, love your product and company!”
“Club caddie for 20+ years & have carried every golf bag known to man..this bag just confuses me. The main strap is way too short (rides high, even on loosest setting) the second strap is the kicker for me, it literally serves no purpose. To work as a carry bag both straps have to cross! This might work if someone is infant size & can get that 2nd strap on other shoulder! Wanted to use this so bad because I love the colors & embroidery but I can’t even sell it cuz my initials are on it 🤦🏻♂️back to my Titleist bag.”
“I was excited to receive my bag and immediately put it to use but after walking 18 holes on a short course a tear developed on one of the main pockets. The bag seemed like it would be such good quality, this came as a blow to the expectations I had for it's performance. I understand this bag was purchased on sale, so I guess I got what I paid for. Also kind of a waste of space not to utilize the fabric puch behind the mesh pocket, seems like an easy addition for another pocket.”
“This is my first purchase of a Jones product. I ordered a Players R carry bag; I’ve had my eye on one for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger. My order was placed 11/11 and as of today, 11/20, I haven’t yet received it. Thus far, I can’t comment on Jones directly, other than their choice if shipping carrier, FedEx. I’ve run into far more issues with packages shipped via FedEx than UPS. FedEx so far has told me my package would arrive one day, then 2 days early, and now they don’t have an expected delivery date, so we’ll see. I’m looking forward to receiving the bag; hopefully sooner rather than later. All I can say right now is that knowing Jones ships via FedEx, I may not order from them in the future.”
“I love my bag but really hate the straps. I use the single-strap option, but the single strap isn't comfortable and the secondary strap dangles in the way of the rest of the bag. Hate to complain, but it's a big drawback on an otherwise wonderful bag.”
“Love the bag BUT not the stand mechanism. I was so happy with my leather carry bag I went out and snagged a red trouper hybrid bag. The material seems pretty sturdy and the pockets fit all my belongs perfect! My only gripe is the legs decided to snap all the way up when sitting in my basement. This causes the bag to fall in the middle of the night and chipped one of my clubs. Soon after the next day the lever at the bottom completely detach from the rod inside the bag that caused the legs to pop out.
I had no time to dump all my clubs on course due to pace so this forced me to lay my new bag on the muddy course for 8 holes.”
