This is my first purchase of a Jones product. I ordered a Players R carry bag; I’ve had my eye on one for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger. My order was placed 11/11 and as of today, 11/20, I haven’t yet received it. Thus far, I can’t comment on Jones directly, other than their choice if shipping carrier, FedEx. I’ve run into far more issues with packages shipped via FedEx than UPS. FedEx so far has told me my package would arrive one day, then 2 days early, and now they don’t have an expected delivery date, so we’ll see. I’m looking forward to receiving the bag; hopefully sooner rather than later. All I can say right now is that knowing Jones ships via FedEx, I may not order from them in the future.
