“Trouper is Extremely well made and streamlined. I have used it on a push cart and a riding cart. Plenty of storage unless you take a very large amount of gear. I have seen a few complaints about the right side pocket next to cooler pouch but I’ve found it perfect for my adjustment tool as it slides underneath the cooler area and bug spray next to cooler bag because the stiffness of the bag keeps it upright in the pocket. I carry 14 clubs and only occasionally get any club tangle. Reduced taper +4 Grips. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the putter well isn’t fully divided and the oversized grip does fight my woods grips at times. If not for that, I would say perfect bag for anyone who wants a ‘smaller’ refined looking bag for push and/or riding carts and occasional carry. I am very critical of any equipment in general and this is a good product.”

“I really like the quality of the material, zippers and pockets...well done. One design issue for someone that spends more time riding in carts: zipper for the upper 'valuables' pocket is covered by the cart strap making the pocket inaccessible without loosening the strap. Otherwise, a great bag. Very happy with my purchase.”
“Shot 83 with the bag first time out, left a couple putts out there. Wasn't me, greens were late season causing my issues. Bag is super light as noted and will be great to carry. Seems well made and 14 club site nice within the x3 divided area. Looking forward to carrying it next season, worked well on the cart!”
“Bought a Trouper 3.0 and absolutely love it. Looks great and it fits all I need inside the bag albeit a little tight. One issue I have is that the stand legs begin to slide when placed on hardwood floors, larger rubber feet may fix this issue.”
“Trouper 3.0 stand bag. Solid bag after a few loops of use. Pleanty of pockets, etc. The couple of things I would ask to improve: Straps design and opening size.
Occasionally the second strap is a bit tricky to load up on the first try. Beware the opening is smaller than the listed dimensions. The dimensions seem to be measure the outside dimensions, not the true internal useable area. for easy club insertion and removarl, takes soe experimenting to fit a superstroke grip and 13 Midsize +4 grips by arranging as follows:

2nd row Left - 4H
2nd row Right - 5H, 5i
bottow row - 6-9i and 4 wedges”
“Jones is a fantastic company. Their products are very high quality and the styling is fantasic. Unfortunately, for me, I'm unable to size/fit/adjust the carry bag I purchased to fit me. I reached out to get advice, but did not receive a response. So, the bag is going on ebay where I'm sure it will sell fast. It's an awesome bag, just not for me.

After initial pushback from a customer service representative over email, I was able to contact them over the phone and explain my issues and they were more than happy to help resolve the issue. “High quality at a fair price, and was lucky to grab the 30% Memorial Day sale. With the cooler pocket (which I sought out and wanted) there is no true ball pocket. The ones on the side are a bit shallow and tough to get in to.”
