“Love the bag. They’ve managed to design something functional that has a unique/identifiable look in a category where everything looks pretty much the same. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the shipping. It took 6 days to fulfill the order, which contributed to the 12 days it took to arrive.”
“Great Sunday bag. A little disappointed though. I accidentally ordered the wrong color and immediately (within minutes) requested to change to the color my daughter wanted. The first response I got from jones was 4 days later and said that it had already been shipped, however, I didn’t get the order shipped email until the following day. Still a great bag.”
“We had a small hang up with the monogramming being uncertain for the bag, and it took a bit for me to figure out the issue, BUT when I did and called, someone talked to me personally, had the bag monogrammed that day and expedited the shipping. It was great and I would order again”
“The golf ball/ drinks bag, glove and tee bag and ball marker are grand! Golf bag feels like the the stand setup will break soon, otherwise the funky strip show with the blue is a vibe. I would have rather picked the player series, black camo bag but that's being picky.”
“I have played 36 holes now with my new rover bag. I really love walking with it and feel like I made a great bag choice knowing I walk 99% of the time. I am still nervous about the straps and getting them just right. I have had a couple of close calls where my clubs almost fell out of the bag while walking. I can't quite seem to get the balance right and to a point where I don't have to think about it while I play. I wish there was a little more guidance or tips for how best to balance. Once I get that in a good place the bag is 5 stars.”
“Love the bag! Order the Trouper R white on sale and it was worth it. The only downside is that the normal "ball pocket" is a cooler material. Great for sunday afternoon rounds! But unforunate for tournaments.”

“I am almost completely satisfied with my new bag.The fabrication ,construction and esthetic of the bag are spot on.The bag would be perfect if the magnetic closure was more powerful and placed lower on the pocket.I understand that the side pockets probably needed to be symmetrical but I would have preferred a larger on the right side to accommodate a full rain suit.I have your pro carry bag which has all the space needed.I got the stand bag to take to Europe and it’s going to be tight for the outerwear.”
“I just ordered the trooper… And it’s pretty good. I ordered it because I like the company. And now I am playing a lab putter with a fat grip so I wanted a separate putter well so with midsize grips on my clubs and the oversize putter grip the clubs go in and out OK… Another inch of room would be great. The pockets on the bag again are OK… But a little bit small. The large pocket on the outside for holding drinks is, mismanagement of space in my opinion. A simple slit on the side of the bag for drinks would create a lot more room for ball, gloves, rangefinder, etc.… Don’t get me wrong. Customer Service is great… I do like The Company… But I can’t give the bag a grade higher then B-”

“I purchased the “Classic Stand Bag - Navy Pinstripe,” and “ Jones Script Athletic Hat - Steel Blue.” The bag is nice and kinda cool looking. But I am bummed out about the hat.
I was hoping the hat was going to have “Jones” written in an arch near the back side of the hat. I really wanted “Jones” to stand out and be more noticeable. I know I didn’t see it when purchasing it, but I didn’t feel there were enough pictures showing 360 degrees of the hat.
Man, I was so, so bummed it didn’t . I wanted it to look like the “ Jones Circle Patch Rope Hat - Black,” or the “ Golf + Field Rope Hat - Black.”

“Cool bag. Love the style. The representation of the color - Sonoma - was off on the website. The actual color is more burgundy than shown. Also for such a cool brand, the unboxing experience is lacking and feels cheap. Fix this with a personalized note or by including something unexpected or free. It’s a missed opportunity in my opinion.”
“I used the Jones bag back in High School 78-81. It was all you needed for walking. I like that there is only 3 sections for your clubs. This keeps them from rattling so much.”
