Cool bag. Love the style. The representation of the color - Sonoma - was off on the website. The actual color is more burgundy than shown. Also for such a cool brand, the unboxing experience is lacking and feels cheap. Fix this with a personalized note or by including something unexpected or free. It’s a missed opportunity in my opinion.
