“Beautiful bag. Great materials and build. Easy to access all pockets. The stand could use work. Bag has fallen over multiple times and legs are not sturdy enough to hold up the bag. Not an issue because I mostly ride. If I store my clubs, I usually have my bag with tucked in a corner with the legs tucked. I wouldn’t store my clubs with the tripod. I’ve already seen the legs slide out multiple times.”
“I’m satisfied with the product however, dissatisfied with the communication on the shipping. I had ordered the bag on a Saturday and never received an update about shipping until I had emailed them 3 business days after. They then sent the automated email that shipping was delayed due to a company outing. I had suggested sending automated emails to every customer as soon as an order is placed when they are aware that orders will be delayed, rather than waiting until someone reaches out for an update. They were unwilling to make up for the inconvenience of having to wait 2 weeks for a delivery. Great product, poor customer service.”
“This was my second purchase of a Jones golf bag. The quality is very good although this time there was a hiccup to where the bag got delayed for a custom question that I had already answered. After the date I expected it to be shipped, it took me reaching out to inquire a status in order to move the process forward. It was sitting in limbo after I was assured previously it had moved forward.
Anyway, I get it, things happen, and I’m glad I ultimately got the bag I wanted!”
