“The bags smell really strong like urine I’m still airing them out and the smell won’t go away very disappointed I bought five bags and they all smell like that. I’ve seen a similar review on shop.com about the smell you should really look into this and fix it. I was planning on using these bags when I travel for my shoes but idk if I will now the smell is too strong and I don’t want it getting into my other stuff. The smell is like urine.”
“bag was fine, but the return process was no good. i was told that as long as the bag wasnt used i would get a full refund less the return shipping. however when it was sent back and received i was informed that it was "unsellable" because the plastic was off the legs and there were "scuff marks" which was impossible since i DIDNT USE THE BAG. Needless to say, I wont be purchasing in the future and wont be reccomending.”
“Looks good but is cheaply made, the legs of the stand got jacked up and stopped working after just one or two rounds, now they don’t extend hardly at all so I just lay the bag on the ground. Wish it were different.”
“I ordered a cart bag for my wife, it was defective when it arrived. I returned it for a replacement. We used the replacement and found it to be unsatisfactory. Nice looking bag, but not sturdy enough and we returned it. Because it was used we were given a store credit, which we appreciated. I placed an order for other merchandise with the credit, and ten days later I checked the status since had not recieve anything. The apologized that the order was never shipped. They shipped it quickly and it arrived a few days later, but nonetheless it was a strange experience. Jones is a start up company that doesn't look like they're going to make it. The product is not good quality, the selection is poor and the service is spotty.”
“Bag is nice and has the functionality that I wanted. I did not like receiving my bag with a box that said; "Made in Viet Nam." I was under the assumption the Jones bags are made in the U.S.A. If I knew the bag was not made in the U.S.A, I would not have purchased the bag.”
