I ordered a cart bag for my wife, it was defective when it arrived. I returned it for a replacement. We used the replacement and found it to be unsatisfactory. Nice looking bag, but not sturdy enough and we returned it. Because it was used we were given a store credit, which we appreciated. I placed an order for other merchandise with the credit, and ten days later I checked the status since had not recieve anything. The apologized that the order was never shipped. They shipped it quickly and it arrived a few days later, but nonetheless it was a strange experience. Jones is a start up company that doesn't look like they're going to make it. The product is not good quality, the selection is poor and the service is spotty.
