bag was fine, but the return process was no good. i was told that as long as the bag wasnt used i would get a full refund less the return shipping. however when it was sent back and received i was informed that it was "unsellable" because the plastic was off the legs and there were "scuff marks" which was impossible since i DIDNT USE THE BAG. Needless to say, I wont be purchasing in the future and wont be reccomending.
