Best customer service ever!!! Had an issue with my bag - one of the legs kept popping off, and they sent me the little rivets to fix it. After some time, it kept happening, and they ended up replacing the bag a year later! And I did it all through email - and they are fast to respond. Awesome customer service and got me as a lifetime customer!!!
