I recently had an issue with my Trouper R bag and contacted Jones for support. Not only did someone answer the phone right away, but the person was quick to get a replacement bag sent out to me. The Trouper R bag is great, with plenty of storage for clubs and all the things you may want to take with you on the course. I added the Trouper 3.0 straps to my bag and that has made it even more comfortable to walk.
