I recently contacted Jones regarding a bag that ripped along a seem. They asked me to provide photos of the damage and decided it was covered under warranty and shipped a new bag out the following day. Customer service was prompt and professional. Even confirmed whether or not I had any custom embroidery on the damaged bag so they could replicate!
