I first had a Jones bag in the mid '80's, and loved it. They were very trendy...all "the cool" guys had them!
A few years ago, I saw some adverstising from them and got another bag. The quality is awesome! The customer service is amazing, emails/updates are regularily sent out. They have an excellent warranty program...AND, they are made in the United States!!!!
PS - "Cool guys" still carry them....
