AMAZING customer service!! I bought a Jones bag a few years and have loved it. It recently got a major tear it in where the cooler pocket attaches just below the handle. I emailed customer service and couldn’t find my order, but they went above and beyond to help. Giving me a great discount on a new bag and they made the process super easy. I will hands down recommend and continue buying their products.
