Outstandingly friendly customer service!
My husband loaned his jones bag and clubs to a young (but exceptional scratch golfer) staying with us and somehow the rain cover got lost - contacted The Jones team & they sent a new one no charge no shipping which want expected. Arrived quickly and very appreciated !
