I purchased a carry bag and a hat. The hat came with a small stitching defect but customer service was quick, polite, and helpful in fixing the error for that alone I’d go 5 stars. However I did use the defective hat and after one use it was bleached by the sun and has a permanent water mark from sweat ? Even after using several home remedies and professional cleaning products the mark is still present. Worried to use the new hat in warm weather.
