I purchased a Jones stand bag a year ago. I rarely use it as I have a cart bag. I recently took a trip to Bandon Dunes and brought the Jones bag with me. One of the screws on the legs fell off after 3 rounds, so I had to use one of the rentals from the course. Upon coming back home and reaching out to customer support, you sent me replacement screws. I have attempted to put the screws in several different times but have not been able to secure the leg, even after viewing video that was sent to me. Will not purchase again!
